Who Should Attend:
This course is designed for all people managers who want to develop their helping skills, and improve their confidence when supporting employees who are facing a personal crisis. These crises may include bereavement, health issues, relationship breakdown and workplace problems.
A Note About the Trainer:
A dedicated life-long learner, Pauline has recently completed an honours degree in Psychology and a certificate in Counselling Skills. She is currently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling which is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She works as a volunteer counsellor with Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland.
Pauline developed the counselling skills training specifically for people in a business environment who find that their role requires them to support people facing personal difficulties, and who would like to feel more confident and effective in providing that support.
