Introduction:

Learning the skills of a successful leader and building rapport within your team are essential skills required by today’s Managers.

This exciting & challenging workshop is about learning and refreshing your leadership skills and showing you the way to empower people reporting to you. This is a brilliant opportunity for those in a managerial position who feel they would benefit from some "me" time, focusing on ways to compliment and build on management skills.
